Sprint Domestic Unlock Iphone 6

Has anyone had this done? IF so, I'd appreciate any advice or guidance in pushing this through.

We just finished our 2 year contracts on 3 (three) lines on 10/22. The next day I paid off the 2 leased lines--the 3rd line they paid over 24 mos--and then I spent an hour on the phone with Sprint Customer Care the next day putting in the request to have the 3 lines carrier unlocked. It's now over 2 business days later and it seems Sprint is either incompetent or dragging their feet about releasing the IMEIs from their systems. I've Tweeted with Customer Care (that's a seriously disjointed process.every response is from a different person), Tweeted to both Marcelo Claure CEO and Marci Carris SVP of Customer Management [can't call--I'm at work] and several hours later, not only have I gotten nowhere but NOW someone or something has somehow canceled my request to DSU the 3 lines.
